Dear Bill and Cindy,

In a few days we will be in our new home for six months.  We want you to know that we are extremely happy living in a home built by ELEGANT LIVING.  We probably looked at a hundred homes before finding this place.  We fell in love with it when we walked in the front door.  Our daughter was with us and she said, "Go for it" and we did.  This was the first and only home that we made an offer.

We want to thank you for being so prompt in taking care of our Punch List.  You took care of us and we do appreciate it.

Feel free to use us and our home as a reference.  Again, thanks for your help.
