To Whom It May Concern:

We would like to take this opportunity to express our gratitude to Bill and Cindy Morris (Elegant Living Homes) for making our first home building experience such a wonderful one!  We had heard horror stories about building a home and were nervous about the whole process – but we just found ours to be a great experience.

Bill and Cindy were always willing to work with us to ensure we got the home of our dreams, such as picking out our lot, “fine-tuning” our plans and helping us find just that right shade of paint for the dining room!  They attention to detail is so impressive.  Their sub-contractors were all great to work with and everyone took time to discuss things with us to make sure we were getting the desired results.

We have been in our house for 8 months and have had very few things to report on our “punch” list.  And, when items have arisen, they have been taken care of in a timely and professional manner.

We would highly recommend Elegant Living Homes and Bill and Cindy Morris!  We were so impressed, that when Monte’s mom got ready to build a new home, we immediately sent her to Bill and Cindy and she just moved in to her brand new Elegant Living Home.
