It is with great pleasure to
write a letter of reference on behalf of Bill and Cindy Morris, owners of
Elegant Living Homes. About a year ago, my husband and I decided it was time to
invest in a new home. When we began our search, we really had no idea what we
would find on the market. We looked at so many homes they were all beginning to
run together in our minds, and we never really had that “this is it” feeling
when we stepped inside each house. As our search continued, our realtor drove
us to Stone Forest, a new subdivision being developed at the time. We walked
into one of Bill’s houses and immediately knew that we were home!
We were so impressed with the overall quality of
workmanship of the home as well as the choice of appliances and fixtures, we put
a contract on the house the next day! The unique and intricate details made us
realize that we found a professional builder that knew what homeowner’s wanted
and there was no doubt that this would be a sound investment.
Building a quality home is only part of the
equation. After several conversations with Bill and Cindy, it was obvious that
they are committed to service. We often saw Bill and/or Cindy in the area, and
they would often stop by to check on how things were going after we moved. We
have rarely had to contact them with questions after the initial move-in and
they always responded immediately with service and a smile, sometimes within
minutes of placing the call! In our experience with each of them, they have gone
above and beyond what we ever expected.
We highly recommend Elegant Living Homes to
anyone in the market for a new home. We know from experience that in comparison
with other builders in the area, Bill and Cindy are in a league of their own.
