 Dear Bill and Cindy,

 We’re not sure where to start with our praise for you both and Elegant Living Homes. We have been overjoyed with our home and the building process. We’ve been here more than six months and continue to find small touches of excellence that are a part of the home-building process for Elegant Living Homes.

 During the site selection and floor-plan discussions you were so open-minded to our ideas and provided your input from so many years of experience. When we finalized our floor plans, we literally could not think of a single thing to add that we had not discussed at length.

 Throughout the building process, we were amazed with the customer service with every interaction. There was never a phone call with a change or concern that didn’t come with one or more already well thought-out solutions.

 Despite a major hurricane (Ike), our home continued on time and on budget. Even our neighbors commented on how fast progress was made on our home compared to their personal experiences. We attribute this success to your attention to detail and expertise on how to get the job not only done, but done with such excellence!

 To this day, we are so pleased with our home. We both have to pinch ourselves to make sure we’re not dreaming. This house is amazing, and we look forward to so many more years of happiness here.

 We cannot thank you enough for your time, dedication, and expertise in home building. If you ever need anything, please never hesitate to contact us.
