Dear Bill and
Cindy Morris, We would like to take this opportunity to
formally thank you both for building our dream home. Every
day we wake up and still love every aspect of it.
Over the past
year, we have often looked back on our building experience
and have only fond and exciting memories. We frequently
talk about what a wonderful job everyone did to make our
dreams come true. We enjoyed the decision making process
and felt comfortable with voicing our needs and wants.
Bill, you were
very knowledgeable of the workings of the homebuilding
process. You were quick to respond to any questions we had.
You were always willing and able to effectively present all
the possibilities of a particular aspect and patiently
allowed us to make final decisions. You had an amazing
relationship with all the sub-contractors. You could relay
our (sometimes odd)) requests perfectly to all involved. We
had several custom features that required special attention
from the sub-contractors. All of them were more than
willing to do what was necessary to complete the job above
and beyond our expectations.
Cindy, you
also were a large part of the building process. You were
always quick to get us an explanation or a solution whenever
we voiced a concern. Even after we moved in, we could call
and you would have things taken care of right away.
We will
continue to recommend Elegant Living Homes to everyone. We
will be forever grateful to both of you for making this
experience on to fondly reminisce about.
