Dear Cindy and Bill,

We have been in our home for over two years now and we are still as pleased with it as we were the first time we saw it.

For over a year before moving to College Station, we had spent week-ends looking at new home construction by many builders and in many subdivisions. While we saw lots of beautiful homes, we had never found the one for us that brought "everything" together in one house. Not until the Parade of Homes in October, 2006. From the minute we walked into the house and were met by Cindy's smiling face, we knew that we had found the house for us.

Bill, you have such talent in selecting and coordinating colors, fixtures, flooring, and
bringing it all together to a beautiful conclusion. We know we would have not made selections that we liked as much as the ones you made. Your attention to construction and detail is evident through out the house both inside and out.

Cindy. we have never met anyone who is as pleasant, helpful,  and efficient as you are.  There have been so many times you have answered questions and provided information and just been a good friend to us.

What a great team the two of you make!

Another nice thing is that your helpfulness and care did not stop the day of the closing.

You have remained there to help us.

We do want you to know how much we appreciate the two of you and how happy we would be to serve as reference to anyone seeking information.
