We want you to know how much we enjoy our new home.  We choose your home because the floor plan worked for us and quality of the construction was obvious.  Since we purchased the house you have been helpful to us in many ways.  You walked through the house with us to answer any question we might have.  You provided a magnificent notebook with information on all the appliances and equipment.  You also gave us a kit with touch-up paint of all colors.  Since we have painted a few accent walls, we’ve needed to touch up our work!  You have patiently responded to all our questions and helped with solutions. 

Moreover, we walk daily through the subdivision (with our dog) and have noted that your construction is accomplished more expeditiously than that of other builders.  Your homes are completed with attractive landscaping.  You seem to pay attention to finishing touches and care about the appearance of each house.
