It gives us great pleasure to write this letter commending the
performance of Bill and Cindy Morris and Elegant Living Homes.
We first met Bill and Cindy at one of their houses that was
featured on the Parade of Homes last April. We were very impressed with the
craftsmanship that was displayed in that house. In visiting with them we
were equally impressed with the enthusiasm, pride of work and openness they
exhibited.
When we returned to College Station, in early November, 2001,
to buy a house, we discovered that Elegant Living Homes had a couple of houses
completed, or nearing completion. Even though we visited 20-25 other houses, we
were still impressed with the finishing work and attention to detail evident in
the Elegant Living houses, not to mention the presence of Bill and his
willingness to answer our questions. He is truly a "hands on
builder".
Needless to say, we did purchase one of those houses and have
been completely satisfied with the quick response that we have received from
Bill and Cindy. All of our questions and requests have been addressed in a
professional manner.... without any waste of time.
Without any doubt, we strongly recommend Elegant Living Homes,
Inc. for your builder. Not only are Bill and Cindy good builders, they are
good people. Indeed, we feel that you will be satisfied with their
