It is with great pleasure
that we write this letter of recommendation for Bill and Cindy Morris/Elegant
Living Homes. We purchased our home at 4507 Diamond Ct. in College Station
in June 2005. We have been so pleased with both the craftsmanship of the
home and the attentiveness of Elegant Living to any repairs/issues that have
arisen.
We visited College
Station in April 2005 to find a home for our upcoming relocation from Arizona.
After spending at entire day with a realtor, we quickly narrowed our home
choices down to 4....all of them were Elegant Living Homes! From the
upgraded fixtures and quality cabinetry to the extensive use of crown molding
and hardwood flooring, every Elegant Living home we visited demonstrated great
attention to detail and fine craftsmanship throughout. Once we decided on
a home, Bill and Cindy worked with us to make sire that our move happened
smoothly. Even the final walk through prior to closing where Cindy
provided us a binder full of helpful information and warranty documents exceeded
the normal builders' "customer service".
Having been in our home
now for almost a year, we have an even greater respect for Elegant Living Homes.
Each time we contacted their office with a question or request, prompt attention
was given to the matter. Unlike our experience with previous builders
where warranty repairs took several weeks to be addressed, Elegant Living had
someone out to assess the situation within a day or tow, if not with the hour!
We highly recommend Bill
and Cindy Morris/Elegant Living Homes, as they are skilled, professional
builders who strive to give the best products and service to their clients.
