Meet the People behind Elegant Living Homes

 

Bill Morris, President of ELH- Elegant Living Homes, Inc. has been involved in various areas of construction since the mid 1970’s in the Houston area. Bill began a career in the Quality Assurance/Quality Control field where he served as Quality Assurance Manager and consultant for over 20 years.  During this time, he continued to be involved in the construction field.  Bill became a finish carpenter and builder of custom furniture. He completed a number of remodeling projects through Remodeling Company of Texas. He has also worked in the areas of framing and roofing.  Bill’s commitment to quality and hands on involvement in the homes he builds stems from his quality assurance background where planning, continuous improvement and doing things right the first time are a way of life in the quality field.

Bill’s future plans for Elegant Living Homes are to continue to build in the B-CS area and maintain the hands on approach by providing personal supervision and involvement in every home built.

Cindy Morris, Vice-President of ELH, began working in Real Estate in 1981.  Obtaining and retaining her Real Estate license for many years allowed her the background to enter into the mortgage industry in 1983. After entering the mortgage business, she kept her Real Estate license on an inactive basis until the early 1990’s. She continued to work in the mortgage industry and was most recently an Assistant Vice President in charge of operations with a local mortgage company until July of 2001 when she began working at Elegant Living Homes on a full time basis. 

Cindy's  background and experience in both real estate and in the mortgage business has granted her the real life cases and situations that can and do occur with real estate transactions.  This background allows Elegant Living Homes to foresee, prevent, and know the available options that can cure problems that come up from time to time with real estate. Her knowledge of what customers do and do not like about building homes gives Elegant Living Homes a unique insight that enables us to provide our customers with more of what they want and do not get from other builders.
